A little clarity.

Saved places and anonymous planning preferences are stored on your device. Drafts expire after 30 days. Contact details and personal notes are excluded from device drafts. Signed-in travelers can also save preference drafts to their account.

When you submit a trip request, your preferences, name, email, country and any optional WhatsApp number or notes are sent to the hosted database for trip planning and review by authorized Visit Kyrgyzstan operations staff. A secure device cookie allows you to return to your request. No marketing consent is implied.

Messages sent through trip support are stored with your request and can be viewed by you and authorized operations staff. Internal staff notes are not included in your conversation. The website runs on Vercel and stores requests, accounts and messages in Turso. There is no application analytics or advertising integration; hosting providers may retain operational logs.

Direct contact details and internal notes are excluded from provider summaries by default. No request is automatically broadcast to providers. To ask about the information saved with your trip or request a correction or deletion, use Messages & support on your private trip page. Submitted records are not automatically deleted when a device draft expires.
